Q: What are the product requirements?
A: The product requirements are as follows:

• OS: *nix/Linux
• Web server: Apache 1.3.x/ 2.0.x
• Languages: PHP 4.x
• Database: MySQL 3.22 or later

Q: Can I change language interface in SiteLock?
A: Yes. By default, English is used. To change the language, you will need to edit language templates in the admin control panel. Go to the section ‘Customize tpls’ and click ‘Language files’. You will see the list of modules that must be translated for admin and public areas.

Q: I’ve placed my order. How long will I wait for the download link?
A: Typically, the download link is generated within a few minutes after the purchase. If you encounter any problems, please contact us.

Q: What exactly do I get after I've placed my order?
A: When you buy our product, you receive:

1. Archived software file, containing installation files and instructions on the installation.
2. FREE upgrades to the updated versions of the same product.
3. FREE customer support by email and ticket system.

Q: What is your licensing policy?
A: All our products are licensed on a per-domain basis. This means that if you want to install and use the software on more than one domain, you will need to buy Additional License for every domain the software will be used on.

Q: Can I use an existing database for SiteLock?
A: Yes, you can use an existing database. The script will create its own tables with the ns_ prefix, thus ensuring that existing tables aren’t damaged by the installation.

Q: Can you install the script for me?
A: Yes, we can install our products FREE of charge. We will need your full order details, a temporary FTP access to your server and MySQL database information. Please note that only one installation of the purchased product is free. If you uninstall or by any means damage the script files or database, the next installation will come with a $10 fee.
